We’ve designed this reporting module after thorough research with agencies, to improve on two key aspects:

  • To speed up the reporting process, by providing key information and preprocessed details (and some agencies have told us that it's now 4 times faster to finish reports with SEOmonitor);
  • To help organize reports and better manage the process.

What can we find in the Reporting Module:

The Reporting Dashboard offers you a dedicated historical section, with the status of your reports and the customer feedback on them. The Actions menu lets you create the reports, upload existing ones or share finalized ones with the clients (either via direct URL, PDF or PPT).

You can check who is managing a specific report and the status of their reports. Take action if a report is overdue or check the customer engagement per slide or for the entire report, alongside the overall customer feedback.

The Settings menu allows you to set the reporting date or upload your custom template to be used in the reports.

The Assistant is our Reporting add-on for Google Slides, that creates a 1-click pre-designed slide deck with your data from SEOmonitor. Automatically pulling in the information removes the need to manually go in and take screenshots from the different sections.

The assistant will generate cards (that would have been screenshots taken from the tool) for:

  • overall Visibility and organic traffic trends, for example
  • groups with the most notable changes,
  • or other notable insights, like Cannibalization issues in the last 30 days.

You can also select custom groups to be added in the presentation, the ones that you want to specifically focus on.

Once satisfied with the details of your report, you can Finalize the deck and share it with your customer. An important note here is that once a report is finalized, it can’t be modified. Finalizing a report gives you a link that can be sent to the customer and it would be as if sending the official monthly reporting email: you would not recall it.

We also took care of collecting the engagement and the client feedback for you - per slide and per the whole report - once the report is shared with them.

While the customer engagement gives you insight into how invested they have been into the report you’ve sent, the overall feedback reveals their satisfaction and it could signal whether they'd downgrade/churn and, in turn, negatively impact your MRR.

This feedback is integrated into the Reporting Dashboard, but also in the Client Health one, as it sheds light on dissatisfied (potential risks) or happy clients.

The Reporting module caters to agencies, in an effort to help create beautifully-designed reports faster and manage them effortlessly. Though we’ve automated parts of the process, the information populated in the report is still handpicked by each account manager, so they won’t lose engagement with the client data.

You can find a short summary status of your reports for the current month and access the Monthly Reporting through the main account dashboard.
