SEOmonitor pricing: plans, billing and usage limits

Every SEOmonitor customer can check their subscription under Account Settings → Billing.

Our pricing page provides the latest prices and configuration options for currently advertised plans. For your existing plan (as it may be grandfathered check the billing section under your account)

All plans come with unlimited users at no additional seat cost.

Pro supports multiple campaigns and includes tools for keyword research, forecasting, content auditing, organic traffic analysis and campaign reporting.

It also provides draft campaigns, Keyword Vault, full platform API access and reporting integrations such as Google Sheets and Looker Studio.

Draft campaigns let you prepare keyword strategies and business cases before enabling ongoing tracking. They use snapshot data rather than the continuous updates available for tracked campaigns.

Your subscription configuration determines the daily tracked keyword allowance, GSC/GA connections and other paid resources. See the pricing page for the current feature comparison.

AI Search tracking costs €19 per 1,000 keywords, per active AI model, per month. Keyword quantities are rounded up to the next 1,000.

ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity can be activated independently.

Ongoing tracking includes weekly updates. Its allowance is separate from your daily Google keyword tracking allowance.

AI Search tracking is available on Pro and above. Legacy/grandfathered and Writer-Only subscriptions require an eligible plan upgrade. Review your allocation in Billing and the displayed price before enabling another model.

A GSC/GA connection provides keyword-level clicks and impressions in Rank Tracker and performance data for published articles in Content Writer. It does not unlock the full Organic Traffic module.

Writer-Only does not include Forecast, Organic Traffic, Content Audit, Draft Campaigns, Agency Dashboard or full platform API access. These require Pro. Purchasing keyword or connection add-ons does not unlock these features.

Your purchased article allowance determines how many articles you can create. Once it is used, additional articles require another purchase.

When publishing an article inside SEOmonitor through the publish article feature, keywords are added to tracking automatically unless you deselect that option.

These keywords count towards your tracked keyword allowance, so you may need additional capacity as you publish more articles.

Article allowances are separate from campaign keyword limits and account-wide tracking controls.

Daily tracked keywords are counted across your account for billing. Standard daily keyword allowances are purchased in batches of 1,000, subject to your subscription’s minimums and pricing.

For example, 400 tracked keywords in one campaign and 500 in another contribute 900 keywords to the account total.

A keyword appearing in multiple groups within the same campaign is counted once. The same keyword tracked in different campaigns or locations is counted separately because each requires different tracking data.

All accounts also have campaign-specific keyword limits. These control how many keywords an individual campaign can track, separately from account-wide billing and limits.

No. You can track rankings without connecting Google Search Console or Google Analytics.

Connections provide additional performance data.

The connection allowance or additional charge depends on your plan. Check Billing before adding connections.

Multiple tracked locations within the same GSC-connected campaign are treated as one campaign for the connection charge.

However, keywords tracked across different locations count separately towards keyword usage.

In Billing, looks for Set limits to access this option.

The limit includes keywords already tracked. For example, a campaign with 341 tracked keywords and a limit of 500 has room for 159 additional keywords, provided the account-wide limit also allows them.

Changing a campaign limit does not automatically change the account-wide limit. Keyword additions must fit within both.

Depending on your subscription you can either do this through Cost Control or Automatic Upgrade Limit:

If under your billing you see Monthly Spend Limit open it and it will take you to the Cost Control.

Use these controls to set maximum website and keyword quantities across your account. SEOmonitor blocks additions that would exceed the configured limits.

This control lets you set:

Raising this ceiling alone does not charge you for the full allowance or move you to a different plan tier. Only adding this additional amount of keywords or GSC campaigns will increase your paid allowance and associated charges.

When an addition would exceed a configured limit, SEOmonitor blocks it. Raise the relevant limit within your plan’s permitted range or contact support.

Automatic Upgrade Limit does not cap every invoice component at this moment. It covers daily tracked keywords and campaigns with GSC/GA connections. AI Search keywords, Content Writer credits and other components fall outside this control.

The process depends on whether your Billing page has a Change your plan option.

Go to Billing → Current billing → Change your plan.

You can select resource allowances equal to or above your current usage, subject to the available plan options.

To select an allowance below your current usage:

Archiving alone does not reduce the paid allowance on these subscriptions. Usage can increase the allowance automatically, subject to configured limits, but downgrades require a manual change through the Change your plan as described above.

If the resource you want to reduce is not editable there, contact support.

On these older subscriptions, billing adjusts automatically when you reduce usage, such as by archiving sites. You do not need to make a separate manual plan reduction.

Check Billing after making changes to review the updated amount.

Check whether the warning concerns the campaign’s keyword limit or the account-wide keyword limit.

If a saved limit reverts, fails to persist or still blocks additions despite sufficient capacity, contact support through the in-app chat.

When you are ready to subscribe, follow the subscription options in your account and review the selected resources and price before confirming.

Monthly billing runs from your subscription’s billing date to the corresponding date in the following month. For example, a subscription starting on the 21st normally renews on the 21st of each month.

Your invoice includes the paid allowance for the new cycle and any applicable additional resource charges from the previous cycle.

Depending on your Billing interface, additional usage may appear as Unpaid Extra Resources or Usage Overage. Check the breakdown in Billing to see how your next bill is calculated.

For an older or custom agreement, check your subscription’s terms or contact support.

The standard annual offer provides approximately 17% savings, equivalent to paying for ten months rather than twelve at the same monthly rate.

Annual prepayments are added to your account as credits. Monthly charges are deducted from this balance, so changes to your paid resources affect how long the credits last.

Check Billing to review your remaining balance and whether it covers upcoming charges. Any remaining credits continue to cover subsequent bills; they are not automatically lost simply because twelve months have passed.

Yes. Add a Secondary Billing Contact on your Billing page to send invoices automatically to one additional contact, such as your finance team.

If you need invoices sent to more recipients, contact support.

The location depends on your Billing interface:

For annual prepaid subscriptions, cancellation stops renewal. Access continues until the end of the period covered by your remaining prepaid credits, when those credits run out.
