First, you’d need to check that the website you are monitoring is not a pitching campaign.
These only show the data for the day the keywords were added - unlike a normal campaign, where the search volume is always the latest one.
The next step is to make sure that both campaigns are being monitored on the same search engine and they both share the same localized/not localized characteristic.
If they share the same search engine and/or they are both localized projects, the following situation applies:
when you add new keywords to a campaign or a group, we pull fresh data from Google Ads right away,
while for the tracked keywords, we start updating their search volumes on the 25th of each month - since this is when Google starts offering fresh Ads data for the keywords.
