First, you’d need to check that the website you are monitoring is not a pitching campaign.
These only show the data for the day the keywords were added - unlike a normal campaign, where the search volume is always the latest one.
The next step is to make sure that both campaigns are being monitored on the same search engine and that they both share the same location characteristic.
If they share the same search engine and/or they are both localized projects, the following situation applies:
when you add new keywords to a campaign or a group, we pull fresh data from Google Ads right away,
while for the tracked keywords, we start updating their search volumes when Google starts offering fresh Ads data for the keywords (usually in the second half of the month, for the previous month).
