The SERP Viewer lets you inspect and download the Google results collected for a keyword. On the primary device, it separates the daily dynamic collection from the dated weekly collection.
View, download and recrawl the SERP
Go to Rank Tracker → All Keywords → open the keyword → Performance. In the Primary card, click the row showing how many pages were crawled to open the SERP Viewer.
The Today / Dynamic tab shows the pages collected for the current daily result. Use the numbered page buttons to move through them. You can save this collection with Download SERP, or select Recrawl to request a fresh check.
The SERP Viewer shows today's collection and the last weekly crawl.
To see the weekly collection, open the dated Weekly tab. It has its own Download SERP button, so you can save and compare the two observations using their collection dates.
Recrawl is available only for today. If a recrawl returns different results, those results overwrite the current day's results.
Check the date, device and page count in the viewer. Weekly collection targets the full allowed depth, but Google may return fewer pages or end the results early.
Which tab should I use?
Use Today / Dynamic when investigating the current daily collection or requesting a recrawl. DDC can stop after finding your site, so this may contain fewer pages than the full tracking allowance.
Use Weekly for the weekly collection. It targets the full allowed depth, but its actual page count can be smaller if Google ends the results earlier. Use the date printed on that tab when sharing evidence.
For example, “Dynamic · 9 pages” means 9 pages were collected as SEOmonitor found you on the 9th page. Weekly 10 pages means that on the closest Saturday this is how the 10 pages Google returned looked like and what results they showed.
Check the device and collection date
The Performance tab identifies the Primary and Secondary devices and shows their latest crawl information. The secondary device follows a weekly schedule.
A displayed date does not guarantee that every result was collected again that day. Weekly results of competitors will carry over if they are ranking below where your site is performing.
